Senior Staff play a key role in shaping the culture, accountability, and spiritual growth of the campus. This position is designed for those ready to lead, mentor, and invest deeply in others<\/b>.

You\u2019ll not only disciple students\u2026 you\u2019ll help guide Junior Staff and carry leadership responsibility across the program.

What You\u2019ll Do
<\/h3>- Provide leadership and mentorship to students and staff
<\/li> - Lead Bible studies, prayer, and discipleship
<\/li> - Help maintain structure, accountability, and program standards
<\/li> - Serve as a spiritual leader and example on campus
<\/li> - Assist with conflict resolution and student development
<\/li> - Support coordinators in daily operations
<\/li><\/ul>Schedule & Expectations
<\/h3>- Full\-time leadership role
<\/li> - Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
<\/li> - Active participation in all campus functions and events
<\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>Requirements
<\/h3>- Strong, mature walk with Christ<\/b>
<\/li>- Alignment with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
<\/li> - Understanding of addiction recovery and discipleship
<\/li> - High school diploma or GED
<\/li> - Completion of Biblical Counseling training
<\/li> - Completion of Berean courses and leadership development
<\/li> - Minimum 1 year experience as Junior Staff
<\/li> - Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills
<\/li><\/ul>
