Senior Staff Engineer,IBM Integration Specialist
REQUIREMENTS:
• Total experience: 7.5+ years
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID) and enterprise integration solutions
• Expertise in BPEL process development, mediation flows, and SOA-based architectures
• Experience with SOAP/REST web services, XML, XSD, and WSDL technologies
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns and Middleware Systems
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in SQL and database systems including Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server
• Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or RTC
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Preferred experience in Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Transportation domains
• Exposure to API-led architecture, Microservices, CI/CD tools, and SonarQube is an advantage
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using IBM Integration Designer (IID)
• Develop and support BPEL processes, mediation flows, and SCA components for business integrations
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration workflows and technical designs
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including HLDs, interface specifications, and workflow designs
• Perform code reviews, debugging, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-production issue resolution
• Drive automation initiatives, process improvements, and innovation within integration projects
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on integration best practices
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, performance requirements, and secure integration principles
• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration frameworks, reusable components, and delivery processes
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
