Senior Staff Engineer Test Engineering
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Test package generation for new products with medium complexity (software and/or hardware development)
- Test package optimization & sustaining and/or sub-cons technical support
- Active participation in test concepts & methods (feasibility & realization in production testing)
- Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test package buy-off, and documentation
- Participate in new tester platform benchmarking
- Reuse test package with Zero defects approach (IV leakage test, poka-yoke mixing, etc.)
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology) is preferred
- More than 6 years of experience in Semiconductor Testing with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) know-how
- Experience in ATE measurement equipment (oscilloscope, thermostream, prober / turret test handler basic operation)
- Experience with basic programming knowledge (e.g. Visual Basic, C++ and/or LabVIEW, Phyton)
- Good in statistical data analysis
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills (e.g. DMAIC, TRIZ, FMEA)
- Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation
- Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem-solving and solution finding
- ETS88D tester familiarization will be added advantage
- Able to use any programming language to automate current task
