Senior / Staff Nurse (AGED CARE) | 44 HOURS/ WEEK | UP $4500 MONTHLY!!!

A reputable healthcare provider is seeking Senior / Staff Nurses with strong clinical capabilities and a commitment to quality patient care.
This role offers a compressed 4-day work week with competitive remuneration.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform, supervise, and evaluate clinical nursing activities

* Maintain and continuously improve nursing standards and care quality

* Orientate, supervise, and assess Enrolled Nurses and care staff

* Coordinate total client care with multidisciplinary teams

* Ensure Nursing Care Plans are regularly updated and followed

* Participate in clinical audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives

* Deliver care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board

* Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

* Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience

* Experience or strong interest in aged / geriatric care preferred

* Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills

* Awareness of current healthcare and ageing-related practices

Work Arrangement (44 hours)

* 4-day work week

* 12-hour rotating shifts

~ 7.00am – 7.00pm (Day Shift)

~ 7.00pm – 7.00am (Night Shift)

Salary & Benefits

* $3,500 – $4,500 per month
