Senior Store Specialist (Warehouse | Islandwide) DT

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct receiving, inspection, and condition checks of incoming and outgoing materials

• Pack, process, and prepare materials for storage, dispatch, and distribution

• Coordinate and perform deliveries, collections, and transfer of materials as required

• Support deployment-related logistics activities, including deliveries and collections to designated locations

• Track and monitor shipment status to ensure timely completion and closure

• Manage return shipments and ensure all supporting documentation is properly maintained

• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in accordance with operational procedures

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and operational guidelines

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or store operations is preferred

• Ability to handle materials weighing up to 20kg

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is preferred

• Forklift licence will be an added advantage

• Comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule

• Able to work in a secure and controlled environment with adherence to confidentiality requirements

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
