What will your day look like?

Supporting and facilitating strategic work sessions with client stakeholders, helping to guide decision-making processes around business growth, brand and CX strategy, and operational readiness.
- Driving the development of robust business cases, strategic recommendations, and actionable roadmaps to address client objectives and market realities.
- Orchestrating qualitative and quantitative research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking, translating data and insights into tangible strategic recommendations.
- Conducting current-state assessments of client capabilities, identifying operational gaps and strategic opportunities for improvement.
- Owning the delivery of strategic frameworks and solutions, from initial research and analysis to implementation planning, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Cultivating strong daily working relationships with client counterparts, acting as a reliable advisor and trusted partner on key project workstreams.
- Supporting the development of new business opportunities and client proposals, contributing to our firm's growth.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional project teams to ensure the seamless integration of strategy with technology, creative, and data execution.

Your role will involve significant collaboration with cross-functional experts and professionals from our technology, data science, creative, and client teams across our global offices. We are a leader within our field and are a transformation partner for some of the most admired brands in the world.
What do you bring to the table?
- A relevant master's degree; preferably within Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of progressive strategy or management consulting experience from a management consulting firm, Big 4 environment, or an in-house corporate strategy team.
- Experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or digital transformation is a strong plus, though a broad strategy consulting background is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex workstreams independently, taking full ownership of deliverables and project deadlines.
- Exceptional executive-level writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to structure and present complex ideas clearly.
- High proficiency in advanced analytical tools, Excel, and PowerPoint for executive communication, particularly for presenting strategic insights and financial business cases.
- Superior analytical and complex problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting business challenges and formulating innovative solutions.
- A willingness to travel internationally as required to meet client and project demands.
