Senior Supervisor, HR Operations and Delivery
• Perform data extraction and reporting
• Perform data cleansing
• Troubleshooting of issues raised and addressing concerns raised, proposing solutions or provide workarounds to overcome issues.
• Partner with other HR team members to resolve operational issues.
• Suggest improvements to processes or systems
• Liaise with HRIS team, vendors, and all stakeholders to ensure projects are implemented according to requirements, objectives and within stipulated timelines.
• Conducts Quality Checks.
• Provides adequate training to the team on process and procedures.
