As a Senior Global Supply Chain Planner, you'll operate with a high degree of independence, sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, influencing cross-functional decisions that impact our global network. The Senior Global Supply Planner is a key member of the End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain organization, responsible for developing and executing supply strategies for an assigned product family sourced through Contract Manufacturers (CEMs/OEMs). This role owns the end-to-end supply planning process, partnering closely with Demand Planning to balance demand and supply while ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, capacity, and cost, and supporting global business objectives.
What You'll Do
You'll partner closely with Demand Planning, Commercial, Marketing, Sustaining Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Operations teams to align supply strategies with real-world business needs — from new product launches and promotional activities to network changes and long-term capacity planning. You'll own key planning and operational performance metrics, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment between demand signals and manufacturing capabilities across a complex global footprint.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in Supply Planning, Operations Planning, Production Planning, or other end-to-end planning functions within a complex manufacturing environment. This individual should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be comfortable making data-driven decisions with minimal supervision, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global organization. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential, as this role requires frequent interaction with global stakeholders, leading cross-functional discussions, and presenting recommendations to leadership
Role Details
Hybrid/flexible work arrangement
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexibility is required
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
- Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
- Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
- Developing and executing supply strategies for assigned product families sourced through contract manufacturers.
- Owning the end-to-end supply planning process by balancing demand and supply while optimizing inventory, capacity, and cost.
Minimum Requirements (Must Have)

- Requires Bachelor Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- OR advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
