Job Description\:
As a Senior Supply Chain Professional, you will be coordinating end to end procurement activities in accordance with WSUK governance and compliance protocols.
Core duties\:
- Supporting the Procurement Manager on the management of key sub-contractors, ensuring business requirements are met.
- Manage risks and opportunities relating to supply chain activities.
- Attend and support internal, external and supplier programme reviews, engaging with required stakeholders.
- Support the Procurement Manager to lead any special projects or priority tasks in support of the programmes.
Essential Skills\:
- Procurement/Supply Chain experience in a production environment
- Subcontract management experience with a background in material management to production need
- Experience in contract negotiation, contract management, supplier performance management.
- Experience with SAP preferred or other ERP systems including experience with PO creation, maintenance, expediting, and invoicing.
