About the Role
On behalf of an innovative and fast-growing technology company (a true hidden champion in its field), I am currently looking for a Senior System Administrator / DevOps Specialist (gn) who wants to go beyond simply maintaining infrastructure—and instead actively shape and evolve it.This is not a traditional “keep-the-lights-on” IT role.
You’ll work in a modern, production-driven environment, where automation, performance, and reliability are critical—and where your ideas actually matter.
You will act as a key interface between IT Operations, Development, and Production, ensuring that systems are secure, scalable, and highly performant.
At the same time, you’ll play a central role in driving automation and DevOps best practices forward.

Your responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and continuously improving modern IT infrastructures
- Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments
- Leveraging Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) for scalable and consistent environments
- Working with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Implementing monitoring, logging, and performance optimization strategies
- Ensuring system stability, availability, and security across the platform
- Collaborating closely with development teams to enhance architecture and deployment workflows
- Several years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer
- Strong expertise in Linux environments, networking, and firewalls
- Hands-on experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
- Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
- Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructures is a plus
- A structured, hands-on mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenge
