Grow together
At DHL Group, we are committed to safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the security of our Windows-based infrastructure. As part of the Infrastructure Security Server Platform SecOps team, you will work closely with Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GPO) related technologies, ensuring secure identity and access management across the enterprise.
In this role, you will manage privileged access accounts within the Windows environment, ensuring proper account lifecycle management and enforcement of least privileged principles in line with internal security and compliance standards. You will work closely with AD and GPO to support secure configurations and troubleshoot issues related to access, authentication, and policy application.
You will also manage and secure various types of Windows accounts, including privileged and non-interactive accounts used by applications and services, ensuring they are properly governed and aligned with best practices.
While not responsible for full Windows server administration (such as patching or upgrades), you are expected to have a solid understanding of Windows environments to effectively troubleshoot issues related to authentication, access controls, and Group Policy technologies. You will collaborate closely with Windows infrastructure teams to diagnose root causes, support resolution of access-related incidents, and ensure secure configurations are consistently applied across the platform.
Strong PowerShell skills are expected to support automation of administrative tasks, reporting, and operational efficiency. In addition, working knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts—such as password rotation, and privileged access controls and account onboarding/offboarding process—will be an advantage when supporting secure account management practices within the environment.
Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
Must-have: Active Directory, GPO troubleshooting, privileged account lifecycle management, Windows account management (including privileged and non-interactive accounts), PowerShell, and Windows authentication basics.
Nice-to-have: PAM knowledge, advanced access control concepts, Windows security controls, and troubleshooting experience.
Optional: Audit and compliance awareness (e.g., access reviews, control evidence), understanding of Windows security hardening practices and policy enforcement, and exposure to other platforms such as Linux environments and Microsoft Azure.
You are passionate about security and possess a strong understanding of the evolving threat landscape and platform vulnerabilities. You are able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage tasks under pressure.
As part of a global organization, you will collaborate with cross-regional teams, making strong communication skills in spoken and written English essential.

- Medical Insurance: Self + Spouse + 2 children. An option to opt for Voluntary Parental Insurance (Parents / Parent -in-laws) at a nominal premium covering pre existing disease.
