Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
You will build and lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution, attracting specialized talent in energy, power, and infrastructure. You will own the full search lifecycle from needs assessment through offer, develop a live pipeline, and partner with senior leaders to scale the business. You will maintain candidate experience end to end and share market intelligence on compensation and availability.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution to attract specialized talent in energy, power, and infrastructure.
- Own the full search lifecycle from needs assessment through offer, ensuring speed and transparency.
- Develop a live pipeline of energy and infrastructure talent through conferences, associations, and targeted outreach.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans and anticipate market constraints.
- Track market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and competitive hiring activity to inform positioning.
- Own the candidate experience end to end, from first contact to offer.
- Develop knowledge of energy and power markets to have credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting specialized roles in energy, power, infrastructure, or adjacent field in-house or on the agency side
- Ability to earn trust with senior leaders and advise, not just report
- Strong market knowledge including where to find talent and how to reach them
- Understanding of the energy and power industry with genuine curiosity to go deeper
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with urgency and attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast paced high growth environment and is energized by ambiguity
- Must be based in Miami onsite five days a week
