Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across our Global Supply Chain and Corporate Functions portfolios in APAC. This is a strategic role focused on senior and specialist hiring, requiring someone who understands complex talent markets and can attract high-impact leaders and capability into a global, fast-evolving business.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Singapore, Johor Bahru, Australia and North America, you’ll translate business priorities into targeted hiring strategies - bringing deep market insight, a consultative approach, and strong execution in engaging hard-to-reach talent.
This role will suit someone who combines credibility with judgment: a trusted talent partner who has delivered senior and specialist hiring across supply chain, manufacturing and engineering and can operate effectively across both technical and business domains.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end hiring for senior and specialist roles across Resmed’s Global Supply Chain portfolio, with flexibility to support Corporate Functions (e.g. Finance, People, Legal) as needed
- Partner closely with senior leaders to understand business priorities, capability gaps, and future talent needs
- Design and deliver targeted sourcing and engagement strategies for complex and business-critical roles
- Use market insight, competitor intelligence, and hiring data to shape talent strategies and influence decision-making
- Build and nurture pipelines for priority capabilities, including passive and niche talent
- Deliver a high-quality, consultative candidate experience aligned to senior-level hiring expectations
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and contribute to broader talent attraction and employer brand initiatives
- Collaborate with People Business Partners, Talent Management and broader COEs to ensure alignment with workforce strategy
What you’ll bring:
- A strong track record delivering senior and specialist hiring within global or matrixed organisations
- Experience across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering and corporate functions hiring
- Deep understanding of APAC talent markets, particularly Singapore and Johor Bahru, with strong ability to engage senior and niche talent
- Strength in proactive sourcing, executive-level engagement, and managing complex or sensitive searches
- Confidence operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Commercial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic partnership with hands-on delivery
- Curiosity, resilience, and a passion for building high-performing, future-focused teams
