Senior Talent Acquisition Partners Energy Origination

You will own the full search lifecycle, build pipelines, partner with Energy Origination leadership, translate business priorities into hiring plans, deepen knowledge of energy markets, and provide an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the talent acquisition strategy for the Energy Origination team, attracting specialized talent in energy, power and infrastructure
  • Own the full search lifecycle from needs assessment to offer, building relationships that fill hard to fill roles
  • Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans and to compete for niche talent
  • Build and maintain a live pipeline of specialized energy talent through conferences, professional associations, and direct outreach
  • Develop deep market knowledge of energy, power and infrastructure to engage with candidates and hiring managers
  • Own the candidate experience end to end with speed and transparency
  • Track and share market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity to inform positioning
  • Be based in Miami and onsite five days a week

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting specialized roles in energy, power, or infrastructure in-house or on the agency side
  • Ability to earn trust with senior leaders and advise, not just report
  • Strong market knowledge of where to find energy talent what motivates them and how to reach them
  • Deep understanding of the Energy Origination process and the broader energy and power industry
  • Comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously with urgency and attention to detail
  • Thrive in a fast paced high growth environment and be energized by ambiguity
  • Must be based in Miami onsite five days a week
