Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for internal and external roles across Novotech.

  • Coordinate the new starter, separation and employee change processes, and ensure all steps are taken in the required time frame.
  • Provide administrative and helpdesk support for Performance Management and other HR systems.
  • Provide support in compensation, benefits and engagement activities.
  • Assist with generating various Human Resources reports, including maintaining organisational charts.
  • Provide general administration support to the Human Resources team as required with ad hoc projects.
  • May maintain or ensure the maintenance of up-to-date position descriptions for the organisation.
  • Sending out Employee Agreement to Selected Candidates.
  • Creating New Employee records and Updating Bamboo HR.
  • Completing Onboarding task list and coordinating with them for completion for new starter forms.
  • Updating monthly payroll tracker.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Drafting HR/employee changes/promotion letters updating them in Bamboo, system admins and payroll tracker.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data.
  • Handling Offboarding by providing the termination/resignation/relieving letters. Updating the same in Bamboo and payroll tracker.
  • Updating the personal details in Bamboo HR for Indian EE.
  • Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and help.
  • Redirecting HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
  • Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level.
  • 5 years’+ experience in-house and/or agency recruitment in a corporate environment.
  • High degree of familiarity and competence with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems.
  • Personal integrity and respect for confidential information.
  • Self-organized and methodical with a sense of urgency.
  • An excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong Communication Skills – both written and verbal.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
