Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong passion for headhunting and attracting top technical talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on proactive sourcing, talent mapping, relationship building, and engaging hard-to-find software engineering professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, executing advanced sourcing strategies, and partnering closely with hiring managers to hire high-caliber technical professionals across multiple technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Headhunting

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, communities, and advanced search techniques to build talent pipelines.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
  • Build and maintain strong passive candidate networks.
  • Continuously generate qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Assessment & Management

  • Conduct comprehensive HR screening interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds, career progression, motivations, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates with clear recommendations and insights.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and technical SMEs to understand hiring requirements.
  • Participate in profiling sessions and recruitment strategy discussions.
  • Provide market intelligence and hiring insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor regarding talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring trends.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and pipeline metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and standards.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent community initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment and headhunting.
  • Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
  • Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Technical Leads, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Product roles, or similar technical positions.
  • Excellent candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ownership, persistence, and results orientation.
  • Experience recruiting for software houses, consulting companies, or technology organizations.
  • Experience hiring senior and leadership-level technical talent.
  • Knowledge of modern software development technologies and engineering roles.
  • Experience supporting international clients or global teams.
