Your goal is to\nalign Bevatel\u2019s talent strategy with its business objectives while ensuring our\nemployees feel valued, motivated, and equipped to succeed.<\/span> Performance Management\n& Reporting<\/span><\/b> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive\nthe Performance Management Cycle:<\/span><\/b> Oversee, track, and follow up on the execution of monthly, quarterly, and\nannual performance appraisal cycles across all departments.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manager\n& Employee Support:<\/span><\/b> Act as an\nadvisor to managers and employees during performance reviews, ensuring fair,\nobjective, and constructive feedback is delivered.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Succession\nPlanning:<\/span><\/b> Monitor employee development\nplans and provide recommendations for talent growth and retention, assist in\nidentifying high\-potential employees and succession planning opportunities.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Data\n& Reporting:<\/span><\/b> Compile, analyze, and\npresent comprehensive performance reports and dashboards to the HR Manager,\nhighlighting trends, top performers, and areas requiring improvement.<\/span> Organizational Design\n& Goal Setting<\/span><\/b> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Job\nDescriptions (JDs):<\/span><\/b> Create, audit, and\ncontinuously update Job Descriptions for all existing and new roles to\naccurately reflect evolving business needs.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>KPIs\n& Objective Tracking:<\/span><\/b> Collaborate\nwith department heads to formulate measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nand OKRs. Monitor and document the achievement of these objectives on an\nongoing basis.<\/span> Learning &\nDevelopment (L&D)<\/span><\/b> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Training\nEvaluation:<\/span><\/b> Assess the effectiveness of\nall internal and external training programs delivered to employees.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Gap\nAnalysis & Recommendations:<\/span><\/b> Identify\nskills gaps and recommend targeted training interventions to bridge them.<\/span> Employee Engagement &\nRetention<\/span><\/b> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Engagement\nInitiatives:<\/span><\/b> Manage Employee Engagement\nsurveys and initiatives.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Action\nPlanning:<\/span><\/b> Analyze engagement data to\nidentify pain points, and work directly with the HR Manager and leadership to\nimplement actionable retention and culture\-building strategies.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Continuous\nFeedback:<\/span><\/b> Foster a culture of continuous\nfeedback and recognition, ensuring Bevatel remains an employer of choice.<\/span> Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3\-5 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Organizational Development. Strong experience in performance appraisals, KPIs/OKRs, employee engagement, and Job Description development. Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS systems. Professional proficiency in English. HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus. Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred.
