Senior Tank Operations Manager/ Regional Operations Manager (ISO Tank)

• Manage daily ISO Tank operations covering local, import, export, and cross-trade activities.

• Lead and develop the operations team to achieve service excellence and operational targets.

• Improve operational processes, controls, and best practices to enhance efficiency and cost performance.

• Ensure ISO Tank movements comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.

• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to address service gaps and improve performance.

• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage relationships with carriers, depots, cleaning stations, repair vendors, and other logistics partners.

• Review and control operational costs, including transportation, depot, maintenance, and repair expenses.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Customer Service teams to support customer needs and resolve escalations promptly.

• Ensure operational capabilities are aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or Tank operations.

• Strong knowledge of ISO Tank operations, shipping documentation, and vendor management.
