Senior Technical Architect

· Must have a minimum of 12–15 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with significant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and contact center implementation experience

  • Mandatory Skills:

o Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and solution design

o Enterprise-scale system integration (APIs, middleware)

o Contact center platform integration (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, Avaya)

o Technical leadership and stakeholder engagement

o Security, compliance, and data governance in public sector context

  • Preferred / Optional Skills:

o Azure cloud services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)

o Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)

o Agile / DevOps delivery practices

o Experience with government digital service standards
