Senior Technical Business Analyst - Campaign Engine (all genders)

About You is rapidly expanding its Retail Media business, and the interface between Commercial ambition and Tech execution is one of the biggest growth levers to expand further. As Senior Technical Business Analyst (all genders), you work directly with the Retail Media Commercial team, translating business requirements into technical and functional requirements for our Engineering Teams across Retail Media Tech, Customer & Shop Intelligence, and App & Web. In this bridge function, you will have the opportunity to be in the driver's seat for complex cross-functional projects that move the commercial needle.

  • Translate business requirements from the Retail Media Commercial team into clear, actionable technical and functional specifications for Engineering teams across Retail Media Tech, Customer & Shop Intelligence (Recommendations & Sorting), and App & Web
  • Work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Engineers to ensure Technical Concepts meet actual business requirements, ensuring smooth project delivery in both quality and time
  • Write detailed Technical Conceptions that give Engineering teams everything they need to build with confidence and steer projects end-to-end from Conception through Development, Testing, and Roll-Out
  • Take ownership of project timelines, ensuring that milestones are kept across all phases and cross-functional teams stay aligned
  • Own GTM readiness for new tech features, ensuring Commercial is prepared to explain and sell new capabilities at launch
  • Your scope will cover the full range of high-visibility placements we offer to our partners: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Content, Sponsored Coupons, and Sponsored Missions
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Solid understanding of cross-system architectures in an e-commerce context: APIs, data flows, backend/frontend dependencies
  • Ability to write and review functional specifications and user stories that Engineering can act on
  • Strong project management skills: ability to structure, plan, and drive complex cross-functional projects from conception to delivery
  • Data-driven: comfortable with business metrics, dashboards, and translating numbers into decisions
  • Excellent communication skills: able to present and align with stakeholders up to senior management level
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and tooling (Jira, Confluence)
  • Curious & exploratory mindset
  • Confidence in challenging requirements and proposing alternatives
  • Experience in managing stakeholders from both technical and business backgrounds
  • Solution-oriented and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Proactive Attitude, willingness to take responsibility
