Senior Technical Consultant (Central)

Brief Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to manage diverse projects, deliver innovative solutions, and foster strong client relationships while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act in various roles including Application Consultant, Project Manager, System Engineer, and Developer within assigned projects.
• Collaborate with clients to define and enhance business and IT use cases.
• Deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions from consultation through to deployment and support.
• Design and implement system integrations and application workflows, including ETL and automation aspects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while identifying root causes for effective solutions.
• Propose innovative solutions and services to address evolving customer requirements.
• Support team members across projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing solution capabilities through out-of-the-box thinking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; a Master's Degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in delivering high-quality IT systems, application support, or application solutions consulting.
• Proven ability to architect and deliver end-to-end platform solutions, encompassing problem definition, solution design, and cloud deployment.
• Experience in providing architectural guidance, conducting code reviews, and serving as a key resource for complex technical challenges.
• Practical understanding of Copilot Studio or other Generative AI tools, focusing on prompt design and AI workflow integration.
• Solid understanding of application infrastructure fundamentals, including server environments, network basics, access management, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, translating technical complexity into tangible business outcomes.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Understanding of CI/CD deployment methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong documentation skills for technical specifications, process and solution designs.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Recognized for reliability and approachability by clients and vendors as the organization's primary technical representative.
