We are looking for a skilled Dynamics Technical Consultant<\/b> to design, develop, and implement technical customizations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate will collaborate with functional teams, understand business requirements, and translate them into high\-quality, scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>

  • Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics (AX / D365 F&O / D365 CE / Business Central \u2014 adjust as required).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build custom modules, plugins, workflows, entities, and extensions.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Integrate Dynamics with external systems via APIs, web services, and middleware.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Optimize existing code, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Execute data migration tasks including transformations, mapping, and validation.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare technical documentation including design specs, architecture, and deployment guides.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support production environments by diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Participate in UAT, deployment cycles, and post\-go\-live support.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>


    <\/h2>

    • 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics Technical Consultant<\/b> (AX / CE / F&O / BC \u2014 customize based on role).
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong proficiency in:
      <\/p>

      • X++ (if AX/F&O)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • C#, .NET, Plugins, Workflows (if CE)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • AL Language (if Business Central)
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Hands\-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Azure services.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Solid understanding of Dynamics architecture, extensions, customizations, and deployment pipelines.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ability to analyze and convert functional requirements into technical solutions.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Strong debugging, problem\-solving, and performance optimization skills.
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Nice to Have<\/b>
        <\/div>

        • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD for Dynamics deployments.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Knowledge of SSRS, Power BI, and data modeling.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Functional understanding of Finance, SCM, Sales, HR or other Dynamics modules.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics or Power Platform.
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
