Senior Technical Product Manager

  • The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for defining, prioritising, and driving the product roadmap for our tech platform, working at the intersection of business goals and engineering execution.
  • They will translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable the engineering team to deliver with confidence.
  • They will collaborate closely with backend, mobile, and infrastructure teams to plan and ship features that improve the reliability, scalability, and experience of our bike rental platform.
  • They will gather and synthesise input from stakeholders across the UK and Chile teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • They will track product metrics, analyse outcomes, and iterate based on data to continuously improve the platform.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years in product management, including at least 2 years on technical/platform products.
  • Comfortable reading backend code (Python, Go, Node, or similar), reviewing API designs, and contributing meaningfully to architecture discussions.
  • Experience writing detailed product specifications, user stories, and managing a product backlog.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using SQL to drive product decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across distributed teams.
  • Fluent in English to communicate effectively with the UK team.
