Senior Technical Program Manager, Privacy

You will define and manage privacy program roadmaps, establish milestones and measurable outcomes, and track KPIs and delivery timelines. You will partner with engineering, legal, compliance, and data teams to translate privacy requirements into system designs and implementation plans. You will build and scale data governance practices including lifecycle, retention, and access controls, lead planning and executive reporting across initiatives, and produce clear technical documentation to support consistent execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage privacy program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs
• Partner with engineering, legal, compliance, and data teams to implement privacy requirements
• Build and scale data governance including data lifecycle, retention, and access controls
• Lead planning and reporting processes including executive updates and progress tracking
• Translate complex technical systems into clear plans and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role within a technology organization
• Ability to understand system design concepts and break down complex technical problems into structured plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Experience building and managing privacy programs with defined milestones, metrics, and reporting
• Ability to work through ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a high-growth environment
