Senior Technician/AE1

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring/maintaining shiftly good yield and settle process issues encountered during the shift (4M,1E) and reporting shiftly process status.

• Machine set-up/optimization.

• Machine/Process buy-off and monitoring SPC (Golden Unit/Shear test/Placement measurements).

• Carry out/execute Engineering Evaluation/DOE
• Reject verification and disposition.
• Monitor operator compliance to process procedure.
• Buy-off/qualify newly trained operators.
• First level failure analysis for VMI/Aligner defects.
• Perform task given by his superior, Engineer or Manager.

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Technology/Engineering
• Experience in Optical Alignment/Die Attach process is an advantage

Skills

• SPC
• Windows, Excel, Power Point, Word
• Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. xxxxx.
• OGP/Nikon measurement.
• Shear Test

Working Conditions

• This role is 100% onsite. Works on shift Q,R,S.
