Senior Technician/AE1
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring/maintaining shiftly good yield and settle process issues encountered during the shift (4M,1E) and reporting shiftly process status.
- Machine set-up/optimization.
Machine/Process buy-off and monitoring SPC (Golden Unit/Shear test/Placement measurements).
- Carry out/execute Engineering Evaluation/DOE
- Reject verification and disposition.
- Monitor operator compliance to process procedure.
- Buy-off/qualify newly trained operators.
- First level failure analysis for VMI/Aligner defects.
- Perform task given by his superior, Engineer or Manager.
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Technology/Engineering
- Experience in Optical Alignment/Die Attach process is an advantage
Skills
- SPC
- Windows, Excel, Power Point, Word
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. xxxxx.
- OGP/Nikon measurement.
- Shear Test
Working Conditions
- This role is 100% onsite. Works on shift Q,R,S.
