Senior Technician
We are looking for a Senior Technician to join our team.
What you'll do:
Operate within a 24/7 shift-based environment supporting real-time CIS systems.
Perform continuous monitoring and real-time event detection across CIS infrastructure.
Handle incident response activities, including coordination, escalation, and resolution tracking.
Provide Level 1 technical support using command-line tools and engineering monitoring platforms.
Support reactive event handling to ensure service continuity and minimize service disruption.
Work in secured or underground operational environments when required.
Participate in shift rotations and occasional travel (TDY) in support of operational needs.
Contribute to maintaining high system availability and operational readiness in a mission-critical environment.
What you will need to bring:
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management, Problem Management, and Event Monitoring.
Experience working with monitoring and performance tools such as Zabbix, Spectrum, TrueSight, NGenius, or Performance Center.
Basic knowledge of CIS (Communications & Information Systems) engineering principles.
Experience providing first-line (L1) technical support in operational environments.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
Ability to operate in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
Comfortable working in mission-critical and security-sensitive operational contexts.
Holds NATO Secret security clearance.
Full-time on-site role in Brunssum, Netherlands.
