THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>

We are looking for a <\/span>Senior Testing Engineer<\/b> <\/span>with <\/span>4\u20137 years of experience<\/b> <\/span>in software testing and automation. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, implementing automation frameworks, and ensuring the <\/span>quality, security, and performance<\/b> <\/span>of XenonStack\u2019s Agentic AI platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
<\/h3>
Test Planning & Execution<\/b>
<\/p>
Design and execute <\/span>test cases, test plans, and scenarios<\/b> <\/span>across functional, regression, and integration testing.
<\/p><\/li>
Identify, document, and track <\/span>defects, risks, and edge cases<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Automation Frameworks<\/b>
<\/p>
Develop and maintain <\/span>test automation scripts and frameworks<\/b> <\/span>(Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
<\/p><\/li>
Integrate automated testing into <\/span>CI/CD pipelines<\/b> <\/span>for faster, reliable deployments.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
System & API Testing<\/b>
<\/p>
Perform <\/span>end\-to\-end, API, and data validation testing<\/b> <\/span>for enterprise AI workflows.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure <\/span>cross\-browser, cross\-platform, and responsive testing<\/b> <\/span>for web applications.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Performance & Reliability<\/b>
<\/p>
Conduct <\/span>load, stress, and performance testing<\/b> <\/span>to ensure scalability.
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with DevOps to monitor systems and validate production reliability.

Collaboration<\/b>

Work with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to ensure requirements are <\/span>testable, traceable, and aligned with enterprise standards<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Partner with security teams to perform <\/span>compliance and vulnerability testing<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Continuous Improvement<\/b>
<\/p>
Analyze <\/span>test coverage and defect metrics<\/b>; recommend quality improvements.
<\/p><\/li>
Advocate for <\/span>shift\-left testing<\/b> <\/span>to embed QA early in the SDLC.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>

Must\-Have<\/b>
<\/p>
4\u20137 years of experience in <\/span>software testing and QA engineering<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong understanding of <\/span>testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, system)<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Hands\-on with <\/span>automation frameworks<\/b> <\/span>(Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
<\/p><\/li>
Strong experience in <\/span>API testing tools<\/b> <\/span>(Postman, RestAssured) and <\/span>performance testing tools<\/b> <\/span>(JMeter, Locust).
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in <\/span>scripting languages<\/b> <\/span>(Python, Java, or JavaScript).
<\/p><\/li>
Knowledge of <\/span>CI/CD tools<\/b> <\/span>(Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with <\/span>cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)<\/b>.

Good\-to\-Have<\/b>
<\/p>
Experience testing <\/span>AI/ML systems<\/b>, including data validation and model accuracy.
<\/p><\/li>
Exposure to <\/span>containerized applications<\/b> <\/span>(Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of <\/span>security and compliance testing<\/b> <\/span>(SOC2, GDPR, PCI\-DSS).

Background in <\/span>BFSI, GRC, or large\-scale enterprise systems<\/b>.
