Vrisva Space is looking for a Senior TIG Welder with 3\u20135 years of hands\-on experience in precision welding of small metal parts using TIG.
<\/div>
This is a full\-time, on\-site role at our facility in Electronic City, Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities
<\/h2>

  • Perform high\-quality TIG welding on small and thin\-section components in stainless steel and other alloys as required.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, select appropriate consumables, and ensure correct parameters for each job.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Read and interpret basic drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions to achieve dimensional accuracy and consistency.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Inspect welds visually and with basic gauges, and rework or refine welds to meet internal quality standards.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Work with fixtures, jigs, and tooling for small\-part welding and sub\-assemblies.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Required qualifications and experience
    <\/h2>

    • 3\u20135 years of proven experience as a TIG welder, preferably on small parts or precision assemblies.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • ITI Welder / ITI Fitter / relevant trade certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy (preferred).
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong practical skill in TIG welding; must be able to pass a weld test as part of the evaluation process.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Comfortable working in environments with machinery and process\-related noise and able to maintain focus and clear communication.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Basic familiarity with measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges) and visual inspection standards.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Excellent hand control for fine, repeatable welds on small components.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • High attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ability to follow work instructions, document work done, and coordinate with supervisors and engineers.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Willingness to learn new procedures and support process improvements in a space\-tech manufacturing environment.

        • Salary range:<\/b> <\/span>\u20b925,000 \u2013 \u20b935,000 per month, depending on experience and skills demonstrated during the evaluation and weld test.
          <\/p><\/li>
