Senior User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads → Lead)
We’re building a communication platform for Tier-1 markets with over 1 million users across the US, Canada, and the UK, transforming the way people connect and interact online. The product combines real-time communication, content, and social networking mechanics to create a space for authentic interaction — with no ads inside the platform.
About the role: We are currently scaling our UA direction and looking for an experienced Senior UA Manager ready to take full ownership of Google Ads and Bing Ads, with the opportunity to grow into a Lead role and build their own team over time.
This is not a support-focused position. You will independently shape the strategy, manage a $1M+ monthly budget, and test new acquisition channels across Tier-1 markets — without micromanagement or excessive approval layers.
Within 6–12 months, depending on performance and business needs, this role is expected to evolve into a Lead UA position with team management and full P&L ownership.
In this role, you will

Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads

Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and define next steps

Launch and scale A/B tests to improve key performance metrics

Identify growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns

Develop and execute traffic acquisition and scaling strategies

Test new acquisition channels (Snapchat, AppLovin, Taboola, etc.) and scale those that demonstrate strong performance

Participate in the creation and testing of creatives, messaging, and landing pages

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities

Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Funnel, and Analytics teams
It’s all about you

4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition

Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, including PMax, Demand Gen, Search, Display, and YouTube — from strategy development to campaign optimization

Experience managing Bing Ads as a standalone acquisition channel, including Search, PMax, and Audience Network

Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads, including campaign launch and performance analysis

Readiness to test new acquisition channels (Snapchat, AppLovin, Taboola, etc.) and scale the ones that deliver results

Experience managing budgets starting from $300K+ per month

Strong data-driven mindset with practical knowledge of GA4, GTM, attribution models, and cohort analysis

Ability to independently build reports, interpret data, and make day-to-day decisions without relying heavily on analytics teams

Practical experience with or willingness to actively use AI tools for analysis and automation of routine tasks

Understanding of Tier-1 markets (US, CA, UK), including audience behavior, seasonality, and competitive landscape

Ability to conduct competitor research using tools such as SimilarWeb, Semrush, Serpstat, Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Center, etc.

Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) with the ability to work with reports and communicate effectively within an international team

Experience working with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads

Experience using Tableau or similar BI tools

Experience working with web-based products with a transactional monetization model
