Position Summary

The Senior Vice President, Client Services — Healthcare Strategic Accounts owns the senior executive relationship, revenue retention, and growth strategy for Everise's largest healthcare payer and health services clients. This role serves as the senior client-facing executive accountable for account health, renewal outcomes, and expansion of Everise's footprint within each account, while ensuring delivery excellence in a highly regulated, compliance-intensive industry. The SVP reports directly to the Chief Client Officer and acts as a strategic partner across Operations, Sales, and executive leadership to advance Everise's positioning in the healthcare BPO market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Owns relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across assigned healthcare strategic accounts, serving as the primary escalation point and strategic counterpart to client leadership.

• Develops and executes account growth strategy for each named account, including organic expansion, cross-sell of new service lines, and identification of new logo opportunities within the broader payer ecosystem.

• Leads renewal and contract renegotiation strategy in partnership with Legal and Finance, including SOW structuring, pricing strategy, and risk mitigation to protect and grow revenue.

• Builds and maintains account plans with clear action steps, owning outcomes related to client satisfaction, retention, NRR, and service expansion.

• Partners with Operations leadership to ensure delivery performance meets contractual and regulatory commitments (HIPAA, CMS, AEP-cycle readiness) and drives joint optimization plans where performance gaps exist.

• Conducts ongoing client profitability analysis and recommends commercial actions — including SOW and pricing adjustments — to protect margin while strengthening the relationship.

• Leads executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) and ongoing governance cadences with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business objectives and program performance.

• Represents Everise's competitive positioning in the healthcare BPO market, supporting RFP responses and new opportunity pursuits for existing and prospective payer clients.

• Builds internal alignment through regular communication forums with regional directors, account managers, and cross-functional stakeholders supporting the healthcare portfolio.

• Mentors and develops account leadership talent within the healthcare vertical, building organizational depth and succession readiness.

What Success Looks Like

• Strong, durable executive relationships across all assigned accounts, with Everise positioned as a trusted strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.

• Consistent net revenue retention and measurable expansion of services within the healthcare portfolio.

• Renewals negotiated proactively and on favorable terms, with minimal at-risk revenue heading into contract cycles.

• High client satisfaction and confidence in delivery, reflected in QBR feedback and ongoing account health indicators.

• A credible, well-positioned pipeline of new logo and expansion opportunities within the healthcare payer space.

Attributes & Attitude

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and achievement-oriented, with a bias toward action

• Executive presence and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with credibility in front of senior executive and decision-maker stakeholders

• High integrity and sound judgment, particularly when navigating compliance-sensitive client environments

• Business-centric mindset with strong commercial and financial acumen

• Ability to operate effectively under high pressure and ambiguity, balancing client advocacy with Everise's commercial interest

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent executive education preferred (Business, Management, or related field)

• 12–15+ years of progressive client relationship, account management, or general management experience, with significant time in BPO, healthcare payer services, or related outsourced services environments

• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar client relationships at an executive level

• Working knowledge of healthcare payer operations, regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS), and AEP/seasonal business cycles strongly preferred

• Track record of leading contract renegotiations, RFP responses, and commercial structuring (SOW/pricing) for enterprise accounts

The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $250,000- $300,000.
