Senior Vice President, Cyber Threat Intelligence – EMEA Lead

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Cyber Threat Intelligence – EMEA Lead to join our team. This role is located in London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead intelligence production at the intersection of geopolitical, cyber, and physical threats, delivering assessments aligned to risks impacting BNY’s global operations

  • Provide follow-the-sun intelligence coverage, producing timely strategic, operational, and technical analysis during EMEA hours while supporting investigations and escalations across APAC and NAM

  • Serve as a primary liaison to EMEA stakeholders, including regional CISO, country leadership, and Lines of Business (LOBs), developing intelligence requirements and tailored reporting

  • Support regional intelligence collection and information sharing, including external engagement opportunities to enhance situational awareness

  • Deliver surge support during incidents, enabling greater agility in CTIG response while maintaining baseline intelligence coverage

  • Contribute to strategic intelligence production, including threat actor profiles, country threat assessments, and regional intelligence products aligned to regulatory expectations

  • Translate geopolitical developments into business-relevant intelligence, tailoring analysis to the current threat environment and BNY’s global exposure

  • Expand intelligence coverage of regional and LOB-specific risks, ensuring outputs are aligned to operating environments and business priorities

  • Integrate technical threat analysis into intelligence production, including awareness of vulnerabilities, exploitation trends, and adversary tactics to strengthen assessments

  • Support tactical and operational alerting for emerging threats, ensuring timely dissemination of relevant intelligence to stakeholders

  • Strengthen analytic tradecraft across CTIG, contributing to training, peer review, and continuous improvement of intelligence outputs

  • Support emerging initiatives and regulatory-driven requirements, including those related to AI, cloud, and evolving risk priorities

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in International Relations, Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, or a related field

  • Significant experience in cyber threat intelligence, geopolitical risk, or strategic intelligence analysis within a global organization

  • Demonstrated ability to produce strategic intelligence for senior stakeholders, incorporating operational and technical context where appropriate

  • Working knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, exploitation trends, and threat actor activity (criminal, nation-state, hacktivist)

  • Experience supporting incident response, investigations, or intelligence-led operations in a global or enterprise environment

  • Ability to integrate geopolitical and technical intelligence into clear, business-relevant assessments

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex intelligence into concise, executive-level insights

  • Experience developing intelligence requirements, collection strategies, and external partnerships

  • Proven ability to collaborate across global teams within a follow-the-sun operating model
