Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior Vice President to join our growing team and lead our internal AI implementation efforts. This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of innovation, technology, marketing communications and organizational change.
This role will play a central part in advancing Prosek’s own AI capabilities. This individual will work closely with senior firm leadership, including IT, to embed AI into how we operate—from workflow optimization to content development and beyond. There will also be opportunities for this individual to develop external thought leadership on AI and advise clients on their own AI implementations over time.

What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with senior leadership and IT to design and implement AI-driven solutions that improve internal workflows, productivity and output quality
- Drive the adoption of AI tools across the firm, including helping teams integrate AI into day-to-day account work and internal operations
- Design and lead firmwide AI training, change management, and adoption programs, creating repeatable frameworks that drive sustainable behavior change across teams and levels.
- Build or oversee the development of AI-powered workflows, custom GPTs, agents, automations and integrations that improve how teams work.
- Identify and pilot new AI applications across content creation, research, media engagement and analytics
- Play a leadership role in shaping Prosek’s long-term AI strategy, helping guide the firm’s evolution into a more AI-native organization
- Develop the governance framework for AI across the firm, including tool evaluation, acceptable use policies, vendor assessment, risk management, and adoption oversight.
- Establish success metrics and reporting frameworks to measure AI adoption, productivity gains, utilization, and business impact.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering curiosity, innovation and high standards of execution
- Explore opportunities for external AI thought leadership among Prosek’s clients base and our industry at-large
What makes you qualified:
- 12-20 years of professional experience, including proven success implementing technology, operational, or AI transformation initiatives within a communications agency, professional services firm, consulting firm, or similar client-service organization.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise AI tools and platforms, including experience implementing generative AI solutions, workflow automation, knowledge management, and productivity systems within an organization.
- Experience implementing new tools, systems or workflows within an organization, with a focus on driving adoption and measurable impact
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of contributing to new business and growing client relationships
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business use cases
- Strong leadership presence with experience mentoring teams and working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, including operations and IT
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000-$220,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
