This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support and consultation to the US-based Workday Consulting team.
- Solve complex Workday configuration issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
- Lead and participate in Workday implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of Workday configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Workday certification in at least two areas (e.g., HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday Consultant.
- Proven track record of solving complex Workday configuration issues.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules and their interdependencies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform at a high level with minimal direction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with US-based clients is a plus.
- Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
