Senior Workday Specialist
As a Senior Workday Specialist you will collaborate with the People Team and the Enterprise Applications team to plan scope build test deliver and support Workday solutions and its satellite applications such as Greenhouse payroll platforms Workato and WD Studio You will build automations reports and integrations to enable seamless HR processes and contribute to a fast paced tech environment
Responsibilities
- Act as an internal consultant for the People Team in planning scoping and design of Workday solutions
- Functionally configure test maintain and back up new and existing Workday integrations business processes and reports prepare for major feature releases
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users and empower business partners to maximize the potential of Workday
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and configurations to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders
- Help to shape the culture processes and impact of the Enterprise Applications team
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands on functional Workday configuration experience across key modules including performance and compensation with exposure to PECI Core Connector SOAP web services
- Analytical thinker with strong problem solving capabilities and curiosity to research adopt and implement new technologies and methodologies
- Adept at stakeholder communication and management in high tech fast paced environments
- Full English professional proficiency both written and verbal
- Eagerness to learn new things and keep track of innovations in the HR systems field
