\nWe are looking for an SEO & AEO Specialist with 3\u20136 years of experience to strengthen \nGevme\u2019s organic search visibility, content performance, and answer\-engine presence. \nIn this role, you will create, optimise, and publish high\-quality content that helps Gevme \nrank better on search engines, appear in answer based results, improve visibility across \nAI\-powered search experiences, and attract the right B2B SaaS and event technology \naudiences. \nThis role is ideal for someone who combines strong writing skills, SEO thinking, analytical \nability, and independent research.

\nWhat You\u2019ll Do <\/b>

  • Own content writing, optimisation, and publishing across Gevme\u2019s digital channels, \nincluding blogs, website pages, landing pages, emails, ads, and social media.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Create original, research\-driven, and high\-value content that supports Gevme\u2019s \nbrand voice, business goals, and customer needs.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor content analysis \nto identify ranking and visibility opportunities.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Optimise content for SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal \nlinks, image alt text, readability, and content structure.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Optimise content for AEO by creating clear answers, FAQs, structured content \nsections, featured snippet\-friendly formats, and conversational search\-ready \ncontent.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Improve Gevme\u2019s visibility across Google search, AI search platforms, featured \nsnippets, People Also Ask results, and answer\-based discovery channels.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build and manage content calendars to ensure consistent publishing across \nplatforms.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Proofread, edit, and improve content before publishing to ensure clarity, accuracy, \nquality, and brand alignment.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and development teams to deliver \ncontent and SEO initiatives on time.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, and \ncontent performance.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare regular SEO, AEO, and content performance reports with insights, \nrecommendations, and action plans.

  • Stay updated with SEO trends, AI search trends, AEO practices, B2B SaaS marketing, \nand event technology industry developments.

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • 3\u20136 years of experience in content marketing, SEO content writing, SEO strategy, or \na similar role.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS content marketing.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience creating content for blogs, websites, landing pages, emails, ads, social \nmedia, and other digital platforms.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on\-page SEO, search intent, \ninternal linking, content optimisation, and competitor analysis.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Understanding of AEO, featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, AI search, \nand answer\-based content formats.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to create original, insightful, and research\-backed content that is not generic \nor overly dependent on AI tools.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to write for both humans and search engines while maintaining clarity, quality, \nand brand voice.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience analysing content performance and making data\-backed \nrecommendations.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, \nAhrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO/content tools.

    • Excellent proofreading, editing, communication, and storytelling skills.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content projects \nindependently.

      • Knowledge of technical SEO basics such as crawlability, indexing, schema markup, \npage speed, and Core Web Vitals.

      • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or similar \nplatforms.

      • Experience creating thought leadership content, case studies, whitepapers, reports, \nor long\-form guides.
