SEO Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven SEO Executive to help the continued growth of the Group’s websites. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a hands-on SEO role and will work closely with the SEO Department to ensure our content is optimised for search and answer engines, contributing to the overall success of our organic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
As an SEO Executive your role will involve:
Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for our key websites, using tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
Optimising on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content to improve search engine rankings.
Utilising AI tools to streamline content production workflows, ensuring all output is manually refined and authorised to meet our brand voice and E-E-A-T standards.
Conducting regular site audits using tools such as Screaming Frog and creating actionable plans to address issues affecting organic performance.
Contributing towards off-site strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
Analysing and reporting on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, AI visibility, and conversions, providing insights and recommendations directly to the SEO Lead.
Collaborating with divisional and country stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new content and website projects.
Staying updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
An understanding of how to optimise content and web pages for search engines and answer engines.
Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, indexing problems, and site speed optimisation.
Capable of clearly articulating strategies and performance insights to stakeholders.
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Enthusiastic about staying ahead of industry changes and driving measurable results.
Understanding of how AI can support digital marketing processes and strategies.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of HTML.
Experience using content management systems such as WordPress and Strapi.
International SEO experience, including localising content for diverse markets.
High-level proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
