What will you do:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/u><\/p>

\u2022 <\/span>Strategic Optimization:<\/b> Develop and implement\n effective on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase\n organic traffic.

\u2022 <\/span>Keyword Research:<\/b> Conduct in\-depth\nkeyword research to identify high\-intent terms relevant to programmatic\nadvertising, CPA, CPS, and broader Advertising solutions.

\u2022<\/span>Content Collaboration:<\/b> Work closely with\ncontent team and the broader marketing team to optimize blog posts, landing\npages, and website copy for search engines.

\u2022<\/span><\/span>Technical SEO:<\/b> Perform regular site\naudits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting crawlability,\nindexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.

\u2022 <\/b><\/span><\/span>Analytics & Reporting:<\/b> Monitor key\nperformance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Google Search Console,\nSEMrush, or Refresh. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.

\u2022 <\/b><\/b><\/span><\/span>Market Analysis:<\/b> Stay updated on the\nlatest algorithmic changes, SEO trends, and competitor strategies within the\nB2B technology sector.

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Generative Engine Optimization (GEO):<\/b> Develop and execute strategies to ensure the company ranks well, is accurately\ncited, and is highly recommended by major AI models and conversational search\nengines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity)

Requirements<\/h3>

\u2022 <\/b><\/span>Graduation: <\/b>Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, mass communication,\n media studies or another discipline
\u2022 <\/b><\/span>Skills: <\/b>Certification in SEO & SEM, Google Adwords, Google\n Search Console & Analytics, SEM Rush, Hubspot, Similarweb, Sound\n knowledge of WordPress + HTML + CSS + Javascript, Adequate knowledge of\n reflecting SEO on Ai tools and LLMs<\/span>

\u2022 <\/span>Technical\nProficiency:<\/b> Strong understanding of technical SEO elements, including\nschema markup (JSON\-LD), entity optimization, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and\nrobots.txt.
\u2022 <\/b><\/span>Tool\nMastery:<\/b> Hands\-on experience with industry\-standard tools such as Google\nAnalytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
\u2022 <\/b><\/span>Analytical\nSkills:<\/b> Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and translate it into\nactionable marketing strategies for both Google Search and AI platforms.
\u2022 <\/b><\/span>Communication:<\/b> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for\noptimizing content to be clear, authoritative, and factually rigorous.
