We are looking for a\nresults\-driven SEO Specialist to drive organic growth, brand visibility, and\nlead generation for B2B services. The ideal candidate should possess strong\nexpertise in on\-page SEO, AI\-driven search optimization, and performance\nmarketing, along with the ability to independently create and optimize\nhigh\-quality content. The candidate should be analytical, proactive, and\ncapable of working collaboratively across marketing and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute on\-page SEO strategies to improve\nwebsite rankings, traffic, and lead conversions.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop, optimize, and manage SEO\-driven content\nincluding service pages, blogs, landing pages, and website copy.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Optimize content and web pages for AI\-driven\nsearch, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), semantic SEO, and\ngenerative search visibility.

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct keyword research aligned with B2B buyer\nintent and search behavior.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns,\nincluding Search and Performance Max campaigns.

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with\nweb development teams for implementation.

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement internal linking strategies, schema\nmarkup, metadata optimization, and content improvements.

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor and analyze website performance using\nGA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools, providing actionable insights and\nrecommendations.

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands\-on experience in on\-page SEO, technical\nSEO, and content optimization.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to independently write, structure, and\noptimize SEO\-focused content.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with AI\-driven search optimization\nand generative search strategies.

Educational Qualification<\/b>

B.Tech, MBA, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
