The role

You'll own SEO for luxury hotel clients across the UK, Nordics, South Africa, and Europe. Your work drives real bookings \u2014 not reports that gather dust.

  • Own client SEO strategies end\-to\-end <\/b>\u2014 from audits and on\-site optimisation to link building and regular performance reviews for luxury hotel clients across multiple markets.

  • Run audits that lead to action <\/b>\u2014 technical, content, local, and link audits that turn into prioritised roadmaps, not 80\-slide decks.
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage content in collaboration with copywriters and plan and deliver link\-building campaigns.

    • Be the SEO voice for your clients <\/b>\u2014 present results, explain what matters, keep initiatives moving. No account manager in between.

    • Track performance using GSC, Ahrefs, GA4 \u2014 translate data into decisions clients actually understand.

    • Coordinate with Web Dev, Paid Campaigns, and Support on site migrations and cross\-functional projects.

        • 2\u20133 years in SEO<\/b> \u2014 hands\-on strategy, audits, and client communication, ideally from an agency or media house.

        • Full toolstack<\/b> \u2014 GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Senuto, Surfer SEO \u2014 comfortable, not just familiar.
          <\/li>\n
        • Link building that works<\/b> \u2014 you know the techniques and have run campaigns, not just heard of them.
          <\/li>\n
        • Technical SEO fundamentals<\/b> \u2014 solid grasp of how HTML/CSS affects crawling and indexing (no coding needed).
          <\/li>\n
        • C2 Polish + English B2+<\/b> \u2014 you'll work with teams and communicate with international hotel clients.
          <\/li>\n
        • Self\-managed<\/b> \u2014 you set your own priorities, hit deadlines, and don't wait to be told what to do next.
