Leads equipment buy-off teams and meetings with Process Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, and Production.%3Cbr%3EDevelops project plans, timelines, and budgets.%3Cbr%3EDefines project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.%3Cbr%3EEnsures resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, are allocated efficiently%3Cbr%3EProvides design proposals for new equipment or modifications%3Cbr%3EOversees day-to-day operations of project activities, ensuring progress aligns with the established timeline.%3Cbr%3EConducts regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and any necessary changes.%3Cbr%3EMonitors project expenditures and adjust the budget as needed.%3Cbr%3ESupports model year, current running model design changes, and new model %26nbsp;impact studies for series planning, Pilot, Process and Maintenance Engineering.%3Cbr%3EProvides contact for special short-term projects as deemed important by management.%3Cbr%3EFollows and ensures all affected rules, policies and laws concerning safety and security.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPerform safe work practices and participate in trainings and safety programs in a positive and proactive way by following safety rules, procedures, regulations, standards and laws. %26nbsp;Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and injuries to Management or Safety Department.%3Cbr%3EWork safely 100% of the time.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPerform other duties as required.%3C/p%3E%3C/div%3E
