Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items.
  4. Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
  5. Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
  6. Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
  7. Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
  10. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  11. Upsell additional menu items and beverages to increase sales.
  12. Work as part of a team to provide excellent service and create a positive dining experience for guests.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
