Max's Swing Lounge provides a lively, indoor golf venue that serves craft beers, signature cocktails, and small plates in an energetic, fun environment. Both locations share a team that operates seamlessly to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced atmosphere. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and enthusiasm, providing a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive

  • Take food and beverage orders with accuracy, offering recommendations on daily specials, beverages, and pairings

  • Ensure orders are delivered timely and meet Max's Tavern & Max's Swing Lounge’s quality and presentation standards

  • Manage special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies, ensuring seamless communication with the kitchen

  • Engage with guests in a knowledgeable manner about the menu, providing insights into seasonal dishes and cocktails

  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized dining area, ensuring a professional atmosphere

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service

  • Address any guest concerns or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring an exceptional dining experience

  • Stay updated on restaurant specials, seasonal offerings, and promotions to maximize guest satisfaction
