Service Advisor | East
We are seeking a Service Advisor to act as the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring a smooth and transparent vehicle service experience from intake to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair and servicing process.
- Liaise closely with workshop technicians to review inspection findings and repair requirements.
- Evaluate whether repairs are chargeable, covered under warranty, or eligible for goodwill support.
- Generate accurate repair quotations and clearly explain technical findings, repair recommendations, timelines, and associated costs to customers.
- Accurately translate customer-reported issues into detailed, actionable work orders for the technician team.
- Monitor repair progress and coordinate with workshop colleagues to ensure jobs are completed within the committed timeline.
- Proactively provide customers with updates regarding repair status, additional findings, delays, or completion schedules.
- Prepare job cards, service reports, invoices, and related service documentation.
- Hand over completed vehicles to customers and explain the repairs carried out, along with any maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by providing professional and responsive service.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive service advisory, customer service, or a related field.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Good understanding of vehicle systems, servicing, and repair processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional, patient, and positive attitude.
