Service Advisor ( Scania )

  • Greet\n customers and accurately identify their vehicle service or repair needs.
    <\/li>
  • Open\n and manage repair orders with complete and accurate customer and vehicle\n information.
    <\/li>
  • Explain\n recommended services, repair requirements, costs, and estimated completion\n times to customers.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate\n with workshop technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion\n of repairs.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor\n workshop progress and provide customers with regular updates on service\n status.
    <\/li>
  • Handle\n customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high customer\n satisfaction.
    <\/li>
  • Review\n completed work orders and ensure all services performed are properly\n documented.
    <\/li>
  • Prepare\n final invoices and explain charges clearly to customers before vehicle\n delivery.
    <\/li>
  • Promote\n additional maintenance services and service packages when appropriate.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure\n all warranty claims are processed according to company and manufacturer\n standards.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain\n accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and follow\-up\n actions.
    <\/li>
  • Work\n closely with the Parts and Workshop teams to ensure parts availability and\n smooth workflow.
    <\/li>
  • Follow\n up with customers after service completion to confirm satisfaction and\n build long\-term relationships.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety\nprocedures, and service quality standards.<\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>B.Sc. in Mechanical\nEngineering<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>2+ years of experience\n(preferably in commercial vehicles)<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong communication &\ncustomer service skills<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Very good English<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Flexible and customer\-oriented<\/span>
