The role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Service Advisor to become a key part of our busy and successful Service Team in Albany.
This role will see you managing customer requirements for service and repair, including,
- keeping the workshop fully booked and running efficiently
- opening & closing workshop jobs and preparing job cards
- communicating with the workshop team to provide customers with progress updates
- monitoring work-in-progress and updating customers on delays
- preparing job cards for invoicing
- ensuring a high level of customer service
To be successful, you will need:
- a passion for customer service with a personable friendly manner
- sound verbal and written communication skills
- a can-do team attitude
- impeccable time management and organisational skills
- professional telephone manner
- computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
You may already be a successful service administrator keen to take on your next challenge; or maybe you're a mechanic wanting off the tools and ready for a change of scenery.
