  • Utilize workshop capacity efficiently, lead the team, and prioritize work.<\/span>

  • Oversee booking sheets, manage capacity, and avoid overdue operations.<\/span>

  • Set routines to secure resource availability (reception tools).<\/span>

  • Make proposals for enhancing workshop offerings: local campaigns, service portfolio, etc.<\/span>

    Customer Interaction & Service Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>

    • Act as the initial customer contact and lead interactions during service.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Handle regular and arising customer needs and ensure adherence to delivery times.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Meet customers for conflicts, special requests, or escalations.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Identify additional jobs and promote workshop sales.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Ensure all job extensions are explained and approved by customers.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Advise the team to deliver complete job orders according to manufacturer guidelines.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Promptly respond to customer communications via phone, fax, and email.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Ensure smooth vehicle delivery on time.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Represent Porsche values, handle complaints professionally, and provide recommendations.<\/span>

      • Maintain customer database, service records, and manage manufacturer/local campaigns.<\/span>

      • Create and maintain a comprehensive database for current and potential customers.<\/span>

      • Regularly review CSI reports and initiate necessary action plans.<\/span>

      • Allocate tasks and responsibilities according to action plans.<\/span>

        Safety & Compliance Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>

        • Oversee all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) regulations.<\/span>

        • Monitor standards and routines for reception cleanliness and tidiness.<\/span>

        • Comply with all Porsche DOS requirements and regulations.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Work actively with change management, initiate, implement, and sustain changes when needed.<\/span>

          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in <\/span><\/span>Mechanical\nEngineering<\/span><\/span><\/span> (Automotive is preferred).<\/span><\/span>

            • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in premium automotive brands.<\/span>

            • Familiarity with Porsche workshop processes, campaigns, and standards.<\/span>
