<\/span><\/span><\/h3>Act as the initial customer contact and lead interactions during service.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Handle regular and arising customer needs and ensure adherence to delivery times.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Meet customers for conflicts, special requests, or escalations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Identify additional jobs and promote workshop sales.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Ensure all job extensions are explained and approved by customers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Advise the team to deliver complete job orders according to manufacturer guidelines.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/h3>Proven experience as a Service Advisor in premium automotive brands.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Familiarity with Porsche workshop processes, campaigns, and standards.<\/span>
