Position Summary

Phoenix Pumps is hiring a Service Advisor to join our Service Operations team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing coordination role responsible for managing repair quotes, work orders, and communication between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.

This role is heavily focused on communication, organization, and system-based work using our ERP platform (P21). The Service Coordinator plays a key role in keeping service jobs moving efficiently from diagnosis to completion while ensuring a strong customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career candidates, recent graduates, or individuals transitioning from high-volume customer service environments such as food service, retail, or call centers into a structured office-based operations role. We provide extensive training and support for individuals who are motivated to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Review technician findings and create accurate repair quotes
  • Communicate with customers regarding repair status, pricing, and approvals
  • Follow up on open quotes to ensure timely responses and next steps
  • Build and manage work orders in ERP system (P21)
  • Coordinate with vendors for parts pricing and availability
  • Support scheduling, dispatch coordination, and service workflow as needed
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation across all active jobs
  • Ensure timely turnaround on quotes (target: 15–30 minutes)
