Service BDC Agent- Kia of Leesburg

We are looking to hire a Service BDC Agent, to our team at Kia of Leesburg, member of the Morgan Auto Group. We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits, ongoing training and support, and pay up to $19 per hour, + Bonus, depending on experience! **

Job Responsibilities:

· Multi-tasker

· Fast learner

· People skills (ability to work with many different personalities)

· Organizational skills and ability to prioritize

· Experience with handling money

· Work with minimal supervision

• Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Making follow up calls to customers
• Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
• Assist with administrative duties which include:
  • Data Entry
  • Keeping Accurate Records
  • Organizing Files/Records
  • Cash Box responsibilities

· Flexibility and adaptability— prepared to adapt to new challenges or unexpected obstacles, changing circumstances, and new information while completing tasks in a timely manner with high quality
