Service Co-Ordinator

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for the end\-to\-end management of client enquiries related to ship navigation and communication equipment. This includes coordinating with vendors, preparing client proposals, monitoring job execution, and ensuring proper documentation and billing.   • Understand the nature and technical scope of each enquiry.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

  • Forward enquiries to relevant vendors and gather quotations.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

  • Evaluate vendor quotes and apply suitable mark\-up.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

  • Prepare and send proposals to clients.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

    • Follow up on submitted proposals with clients.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

    • Communicate via phone, email, or MS Teams to address client queries.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

    • Work towards converting proposals into confirmed service orders.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

      3. Job Execution Coordination<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/b>

      • Upon confirmation, share agent/delivery information with vendors.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

      • Track the execution of the service job.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

      • Ensure timely receipt of service/job completion reports from vendors.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

        4. Billing & Documentation<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/b>

        • Create re\-billing files based on service reports.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

        • Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice processing.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

            • Professional Experience<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/b> : Minimum 2 years of experience in the shipping or marine services industry.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>

            • Industry Background<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/b> : Preferably from NAVCOM (Navigation & Communication) services.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
