Service Commercial Specialist - Greece

We’re excited to introduce a key role supporting our service business in Greece, where commercial expertise meets innovative energy solutions. As a Service Commercial Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping competitive service offerings and supporting our local sales teams.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor service strategies, and customer needs to provide structured insights to the SCM organization
  • Support cost structure analysis and pricing optimization in collaboration with Finance for service proposals
  • Contribute to pre-tender clarifications and prepare competitive service proposals aligned with Greek Sales teams
  • Prepare and review standard service agreements, supporting negotiations and ensuring compliance and smooth handover
  • Manage and create direct service offers in CRM including spare parts, warranty extensions, training, and site visits
  • Act as first point of contact for Greek customers on non-LTSA service requests in coordination with the SCS team

  • A degree in Business with affinity to energy or technology, or an Engineering background with strong commercial focus
  • Around 3 years of experience in a similar commercial, service, or technical role
  • Greek and English at C1 level for effective collaboration and communication
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven mindset with strong ownership attitude
  • Analytical and structured working style with attention to detail
  • Proactive, dynamic personality with a solution-oriented and team-focused approach
